Cooper Goes Trick-Or-Treating at Microsoft!

Cooper went to his first Halloween party -- the 2009 Halloween Spooktacular put on by Dave's department the E&D ops team for all the microsoft employees and thier families. It was quite the event. Cooper was one of 10,000 people to go through.

He went as a spooky skeleton. Soooooo scary Cooper!

We all headed over to the party -- where the building was all decked out in all kinds of theme rooms like Pirates of the Carribean, Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory, Candy Land, Graveyards, A Night at the Museum, Under the Sea, Disco Dance, and so much more.
Cooper even watched a performance of Thriller.
Cooper started off wide-eyed, and looked around at all the decorations. He wasn't freaked out by all the costumes and music and scary sounds. And after about 10 minutes, he drifted off into a sleep and missed most of the maze of the haunted house.

Too bad Cooper is too little to eat candy -- he missed a good haul! But not to worry, mommy ate some for him and told him he'd get it in his milk later.

!
By the end of the afternoon, Cooper was pooped and was sound asleep!

He had a great day and is ready to dress up again tomorrow for Halloween to meet his Papa!

  2. I am soooo jealous. I want to go to the Microsoft Halloween party too!

Isn't the skeleton outfit amazing? I didn't realize that it glowed in the dark until after a 4am feeding. I had turned on the light for the feed, turned it off and when I turned back all I could see was this little tiny glowing skeleton in bed beside me. My first Halloween fright.

Cooper - enjoy your first Halloween!

  3. Cooper is so cute in that costume. That is so funny that he fell asleep in the midst of it all. Fun party pictures. Great post!
