Cooper and daddy spent their first father’s day together today! Cooper gave Daddy his present that he’s been working hard on over the last couple weeks – and daddy loved it. And we had Eggs Benedict and coffee with Bailey’s for breakfast – daddy’s favorite! It was a little cool down by the beach, but it was such a perfect relaxing day. Daddy and Cooper hung out on the grass, went for a walk on the beach, and even watched some golf. And grandpa celebrated his first father’s day as a grandpa, singing songs with Cooper while they danced. And even Aunt Helen showed up for a visit to surprise Grandma. And Uncle Henry came over too! Everyone (except mommy) had a great father’s day dinner together. Poor old mommy is coming down with a cold (what bad timing) so she stayed upstairs so as not to take any chances and get Grandma sick. She sure hopes she gets better soon, as it’s moving day tomorrow.
