The heat wave continues, but Cooper doesn’t care. With air conditioning and a place at the beach, what could be better than the hot sticky days of summer.
Cooper’s first time jumping the waves.
He loved it!
Here’s Cooper playing with his friend Graham, who summer’s in Kincardine.
The mommies and the kiddies – ah, this is the life.
And what summer would be complete without a trip to Port Elgin, mommy’s childhood stomping grounds, to play on the beach and ride the train. And we can’t forget about the french fries!
Port Elgin has an amazing sandy beach with huge sandbar for the kids to enjoy. Cooper loved it!
Crawling through the water – what fun!
Eating a peach on the beach!
Time for the train!
Cooper wasn’t so sure about handing the conductor his ticket!
Such a serious face as we rode the train. He loved it, but he was so serious taking every single thing in.
French fry time!
Those look pretty interesting.
Dips!
mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!
I think he approves.
Setting a fry on the edge of the picnic table for the seagull.
And one more.
What a perfect evening for a swing with my daddy.
And a little dip before we head home.
Who needs clothes!
Our little beach bum.
The next day we have another hot one!
Our birdhouse has a baby wren inside it! Here’s an action shot of the mommy wren flying in.
Grandpa and Cooper – summer buds.
Mommy and the mud-mask.
Cooper has his friends over to play in the sprinkler and baby pool
Ahhhh, summer.
